The private use of the entire villa: 18 sleeps.
Electricity, water and gas consumption - heating not included.
Bed linen and towels.
» The above rates do not include:
Final cleaning: 15 Euro per person
with a minimum of 200 Euro.
Heating: as consumed. Price 4,00 Euro per MC.
» Reservation: 30% of the total amount due is required to confirm your booking request.
» Balance: the remaining 70% due must be paid at least 60 days in advance otherwise your reservation will be canceled.
» Deposit: a security deposit of 1.500 Euro is required at check-in.
